RETURN POLICY

At Wild Mint, we are proud of the quality and safety of our products and we will do the best we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please adhere to the returns policy guidelines and follow the instructions below.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
  • Merchandise returns must be within 30 days of the original delivery date, in its original packaging, unwashed, unused, unworn, and in saleable condition (the same condition in which you received the merchandise).
  • An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all merchandise returns and defective merchandise returns.
  • Special ordered items cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
How to Return/Exchange an Item
Fill out the return/exchange form on the back side of your invoice.

If you do not have the original invoice, click here for a printable return and exchange form. Remember to include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number on this form. If you do not have the original order number, you can click here to view your order history information.

Please fill out the returns section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange.

No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.

Defective Merchandise Returns/Exchanges Policy
We will accept defective merchandise returns within 30 days of original purchase date for replacement or merchandise credit only. In the event you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us for more information. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges and a replacement item will be sent to you.
Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges
Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once your return has been received, we will process your return within 7 days.

If you place your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping and Handling Charges for U.S. Return/Exchange
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.
